Ekvilib Institute at Študentska arena

Between 13^th and 15^th October 2009 we presented our work at Študentska arena, which was held at Gospodarsko razstavišče in Ljubljana. We had an attractive stand which was extremely well attended and always full of students. Students filled out questionnaires with which we wanted to learn more about their knowledge of international development cooperation and human rights. Interested students were also introduced to international school of project management in terms of development cooperation and human rights, which will start on 12.11.2009.

Every hour we chose a lucky winner among the students who answered the questionnaire, and they got a T-shirt made of organic cotton with an inscription which is part of campaign "Naj človekove pravice ne bodo le pravljice!". The campaign is a part of project GREAT with which we want to raise public awareness of the importance of respecting and promoting human rights of all people, especially in developing countries, where they are more frequently violated.
