Public debate: "Challenges of international development policy"

Ekvilib Institute's director, Aleš Kranjc Kušlan, will participate as a speaker at a public debate "Challenges of international development policy", which will be held on April 15 2010 in Center Evropa, Dalmatinova 4 in Ljubljana.

The debate will focus on international cooperation, international assistance and challenges that strech from food crisis, energy, financial and economic crisis and impacts of climate change, to many other processes, including demographic changes and migrations. Aleš Kranjc Kušlan will present the conference findings and recommedations (on the role of civil society, especially NGOs in the EU international development cooperation). Public debate is organised by Novum Institute and Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe.
