Global education is a concept that encourages thinking and acting in everyday life of citizens of the global world. It emerges from the context of interconnected local and global dynamics - usually expressed with the slogan "Think globally, act locally". The concept of global education, as advocated and propagated by Ekvilib Institute, is directly related with and includes human rights education as its key component.
Using different methods and techniques of global education we want to present the public with different aspects and possibilities of understanding the world and to encourage individuals to seek a more just and equal society, both on local and global level.
