The most commonly used definition of corporate social responsibility (CSR) at the EU level is defined as a concept in which companies on a voluntary level, concern for society and the environment in their daily operations and their relationships with stakeholders.
Social responsibility of each company is exceeding boundaries and expectations of legal frameworks and laws, because the company pays more attention to human resources, relations with stakeholders and the environment itself1.
